A winter storm spanning from the northern tip of Maine to south-central Texas threatened snow, ice, and rain on Thursday, February 3. Footage shows snow falling in Vickery, Ohio, west of Cleveland, on Thursday morning. The National Weather Service said the region could expect the heaviest snow late Thursday morning through Thursday afternoon.
