Thursday betting odds for Georgia vs Alabama in the championship game

The college football national championship game is right around the corner as the Georgia Bulldogs and Alabama Crimson Tide get set to duke it out in a battle of the two best teams from the nation’s top conference. The two met recently in the SEC title game, with the latter emerging victorious, and this rematch looks to be even better than the first one.

Despite ‘Bama winning the conference title game and perching atop the rankings, the ‘Dawgs are expected to make a game out of this one. In fact, UGA is slightly favored four days out.

According to the Tipico Sportsbook, the Bulldogs once again remain a 2.5-point favorite over the Crimson Tide with the over/under slipping to 51.5 points. Georgia’s money fell to minus-155 while Alabama’s nudged up to plus-125 as of 9:30 a.m. EST Thursday, Jan. 6.

Kickoff is set for 8 p.m. EST on Monday, Jan. 10, inside Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis, Indiana. The game will be broadcast on ESPN and livestreamed on the ESPN app.
