Votes are trickling in across South Australia, and the early results are looking good for Labor.
9News political editor Chris Uhlmann noted large swings towards Labor in polling booths across the state, reflecting the polling ahead of election day that predicted a new government.
“It would appear that the swing is on across the state,” he said.
In Liberal-held Davenport, Labor is leading on the primary vote.
And in Liberal-held Elder, Labor is ahead and the Greens are polling at double digits.
“On that vote, there is no way (Liberal candidate) Carolyn Power can win,” Uhlmann said.
