Treasurer Josh Frydenberg says Western Australians deserve answers from the government, given it’s been more than two years since the pandemic began.
This comes as Premier Mark McGowan on Thursday announced the state would not be reopening on February 5.
“I know that many West Australians this morning will be very disappointed,” Mr Frydenberg told Sky News Australia.
“This is a decision announced by the Western Australian government and it’s for them to explain.
“We need to learn to live with the virus.”
