Art Cadeau a ‘red hot chance’ for the Kosciusko

The team behind Art Cadeau believe the champion racehorse is a “red hot” chance ahead of the hotly anticipated Kosciusko race at Royal Randwick.

Saturday’s race will mark the five-year-old’s first outing since claiming the Country Championships Final back in April.

Despite a lack of racing, Team Art Cadeau’s Simon Robinson is confident the racehorse’s preparations have been sufficient ahead of the $1.3 million race.

“From the chats we’ve had with dad (trainer Terry Robinson) this week, he’s really happy with the horse,” he told Sky News Australia.

“Everything’s gone right this preparation so far and he’s just ready to go so it’s really exciting to be here and to have a horse who’s a red-hot chance today, as well.”

Robinson also paid tribute to his father, praising him for the “good atmosphere” he creates for the horses.

“Years and years of hard work for dad and that was a great reward,” he added.

“He does work so hard and does such a good job with his horses, he creates such a good atmosphere down there for them to train.”
