AFP join search to find Cleo Smith

The Australian Federal Police have joined the search to find missing Perth toddler Cleo Smith.

Prime Minister Scott Morrison signalled he hoped the agency’s ‘advanced capabilities’ would help the investigation.

Officers returned to the Smith family home for the third time since she vanished – last night.

The four-year-old disappeared twelve days ago from a remote campsite along Western Australia’s northern coast.

Forensic police have collected ash samples from fires at the Blowholes campgrounds where the family was staying at the time of her disappearance.
