The Western Australian man accused of abducting four-year-old Cleo Smith has pleaded guilty to a charge of child stealing.
Terence Kelly fronted a Carnarvon court via video link on Monday and surprised prosecutors by pleading guilty to snatching Cleo from a campground and holding her captive for 18 days.
